Happy March WFHS Families!  Spring is truly in the air, and we have some exciting updates to share!

First, THANK YOU to everyone who participated in our recent fundraiser!  Because of your support, we reached $923 in sales!  We will be announcing student participation prizes in the coming week as soon as the prizes arrive. We will also announce the lucky student winner of the Room Makeover Prize — stay tuned!

 Community Service Opportunity
 Saturday, March 7th
 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
 2016 W Garden St

All students are welcome to volunteer! Light refreshments will be provided, and students will receive 2 volunteer hoursfor participating. 

If you plan to attend, please email us at wfhptsa@gmail.com so we can plan accordingly. (This is taking place of March 14/15th date)

 Teacher Appreciation – March 10th
Theme: “Orange You Glad It’s Spring!” 

We are celebrating our amazing teachers and would love your support! If you would like to donate treats, juices, or mandarin oranges, please drop off items at the front office (Attention: PTSA) between March 6th and March 9th. We will set up for teachers on March 10th around 10:00 AM.

Come out and support our WFHS Reflections winners as they are celebrated! Let’s show up and show out for our students!

 Leadership Opportunities – Nominating Committee Update
The Nominating Committee was formed at our last meeting, and we are currently seeking candidates to fill leadership roles for next year. We will announce the slate of candidates in April and vote during our final in-person general meeting on May 10th at 6 pm.

It is imperative that we have a strong turnout to meet quorum. Thank you to everyone who has already expressed interest — we truly appreciate you!
